This privacy notice does not apply to Evidation’s data practices when you are not acting in a professional or similarly employment-related capacity. For example, if you apply for a job with Evidation and you also use our consumer platform “Evidation” (sometimes referred to as “MyEvidation” or “Achievement”) in your personal capacity, this privacy notice does not apply to Evidation’s data practices in connection with your use of the consumer platform.
